Kiesler Farms History

Great grandfather Hilary Kiesler and family immigrated from Bremen, Germany in 1891. He established his trade as a blacksmith at our current location. The original building that he worked out of is now known as the “pumpkin house” the farm quickly evolved into a grain and dairy farm. Since 1994 Kiesler Farms has consistently produced the finest, most beautiful and long lasting Kentuckiana grown mums in a rich and varied autumn palette of colors. We are proud to offer the colors, shapes, sizes and time of season for blooming to fit each of our customers specific needs. We take pride in having mum plants with healthy foliage clean to the roots. Over the years we have added Asters, Hibiscus, Knockout Roses, Montauk Daisies, Pansies, and Fall Decorations like Corn Stalks, Straw Bales, Ornamental Corn and Popcorn, Pumpkins, Squash and Gourds making the "Big Red Barn Your Source For Fall Color".
